Welcome to seku wote campus library
Wote Campus is located in Makueni County about 2.8 kms from Wote town and 1.3 kms from the county headquarters along Wote-Malivani Road next to the Makueni County Governor’s Residence. The Campus library is on the second floor in the main building next to computer laboratory .The library space is 218M2 with a sitting capacity of sitting capacity of 92 persons.

How to Access Information Resources
- The information materials in the library are arranged using a conventional classification scheme known as the Library of Congress classification scheme (LC) for ease of retrieval.
- A library Management System (KOHA) is in place.
- MyLOFT facilitates access to e-resources off campus.
LIBRARY COLLECTION
To enable users access our collection with reasonable ease, the collection has been divided as follows:
GENERAL COLLECTION:
This collection is located at open shelves, it holds the bulk of our information materials and in this area materials are borrowed out of the library on long loan depending on the category of library users.
SHORT LOAN COLLECTION:
The collection is located at the circulation desk and has information materials in high demand but in few copies. Lending in this section is on short loan basis (three hours) and materials are used within the library only. The materials in this section include short loan books, thesis and dissertations, research project proposals and CD-ROM
REFERENCE COLLECTION:
The collection is located at the open shelves. Materials are used only in the library and cannot be borrowed. The materials includes; dictionaries, encyclopedias, maps, atlases, bibliographies and other reference materials
